Refund policy
We hope you are in love with you purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please send an email to hello@astercandle.com within 30 days of receipt. Due to the nature of our products, used candles can not be returned or refunded.
Damages and Issues
We carefully inspect each candle before it leaves our studio. In the event an item is damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We ask that you send a photo of the merchandise within 5 days of receipt to hello@astercandle.com.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items of the same size or price point. Please note that all associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Non-refundable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on sale items, gift cards, or Candle Club memberships.
Refunds
Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
